As I play this Elton John song on my Yahoo Launch, I grasp the appropriateness of it all.With the Thesis Defense exactly a week away I think I am in for a long haul.
Frenetic would be the most appropriate word to describe the goings on the past few weeks.Writing the damn thesis took up the past few weeks but some of the nights, when I stayed awake to watch the disappointing performance of Team India against the Aussies. Looking for India tickets was way simpler than expected. Got a good deal and bought it. Got a reAlly good dell deal and got that one two. I couldnt be happier with my choice. Dell Inspirion 700 m is light and sleek, exactly what a laptops meant to be. Not one of those dumbells that a couple of my roomies have !
Diwali is here and frankly not a bit of interest in it rite now.Just seems to me that unknowingly, priorities have changed.Family, sweets crackers and new clothes is all fun but perhaps the time is right to look beyond sentiments and look at the real things in life
How am I going to get a job ?
Am I going to shoot for a PhD ? Where ? What areas ?
Hard questions are beginning to hit me and as of now I have no answers !
